At JREAM 365, our desire is to be a global voice for the voiceless—inspiring young people to discover their purpose, recognize their potential, and use that purpose as a pathway toward a brighter future.

We believe every young person has the ability to overcome challenging circumstances and become the best version of themselves. Our role is not to change people, but to challenge, encourage, and empower them to choose positive change for themselves.

How We Make an Impact

JREAM 365 connects with young people through group sessions, community outreach, and one-on-one development. We create opportunities to build relationships, establish trust, and provide consistent encouragement and guidance.

Our approach begins with building camaraderie and community through engaging events and fundraisers. From there, we deliver a message of hope, purpose, accountability, and positive change. Most importantly, we create opportunities for continued connection with students and parents through ongoing development and mentorship.

Many of the young people and communities we serve may not recognize how certain choices and behaviors can affect their future. Rather than judging or attempting to change them, JREAM 365 creates a safe environment where individuals can reflect, recognize their potential, and understand that they have the power to make different choices.

We believe in meeting people where they are, challenging them to see where they can go, and walking alongside them as they pursue their purpose.

Our goal is simple: help those who desire help, reach those who feel unheard, and inspire every person we encounter to believe that a better future is possible.

Ryan McLendon Sr.

Since the age of 19, Ryan McLendon Sr. has dedicated his life to encouraging the hopeless, empowering the powerless, and creating meaningful change in the lives of those he encounters.

His commitment to service was forged long before he understood the language of leadership. Growing up in Baltimore City as the child of two parents struggling with addiction, Ryan experienced circumstances that could have defined the trajectory of his life. Instead, his story became one of resilience, purpose, and transformation.

At a pivotal moment in his childhood, Ryan’s grandmother stepped in and rescued him from an unstable living environment. She made the selfless decision to dedicate her life to raising him, providing the guidance, structure, love, and foundation he needed to become the man he is today.

Her sacrifice changed the course of his life.

Ryan understands firsthand the power of one person choosing to believe in someone else. The opportunities, guidance, and love his grandmother gave him became the foundation upon which he built his life—and ultimately became the inspiration for his commitment to serving others.

Today, Ryan has transformed those experiences into a lifelong mission.

Through JREAM 365, he is committed to reaching young people and communities with a message of purpose, possibility, accountability, and hope. His leadership is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: your circumstances may influence your beginning, but they do not have to determine your future.

Ryan does not lead by simply telling people what to do. He leads by connecting, challenging, mentoring, and empowering individuals to recognize their own potential and take ownership of their future.

His journey from adversity to achievement is more than a personal success story—it is a responsibility to reach back, extend a hand, and create pathways for others to rise.

What was once given to Ryan through the sacrifice of his grandmother, he now gives to others through his life's work.
